Hi,

I would like advice, from those who have given birth when in treatment with Matia. I know we are all different on what we are taking, I'm not asking about that. But as far as things people know Matia recommends about birth and after birth. I feel like my mind is racing with all the questions I have, and my time is almost here. I am hoping to have an appointment with Matia beforehand, but am struggling paying for everything along with herbs so don't know if it will happen before baby is born. Trying not to let that add stress but it is.

I have so many questions, like; is lanolin OK to use? What do I use instead of those witch hazel pads and spray they want you to use in recovery? Is it a total no no to use the pads they offer in the hospital until I get home and can use our kind? The biggest ones I can find might not cut it right after birth.

Any advice is appreciated. I have a midwife this time around, and am really really hoping for a drug free delivery. I hope I can do it,  but also know that you can't plan your birth story beforehand. Coping advice would be appreicated too!
