Hi, I really enjoy the plain Fage yogurt. I tried the Chobani and it was good, but the Fage works better for me;)

Where do you find Fage yogurt?  Is it as at Whole foods?  The nearest one is a bit of a drive.

Have any of you found a good yogurt at Walmart, Sprouts, or HEB?

Has anyone found that some brands of yogurt are more likely to cause one to flare than others?

I do most of my grocery shopping at a wonderful local food chain called Heinen's. I should think Whole Foods would have it. I do not have an HEB or Sprouts around me and I don't shop at Walmart because I do not support their politics or business structure. If you are able to find Chobani, that did not cause flares for me... I simply liked the Fage better. Good luck and ENJOY that yogurt!

I use Stoneyfield Organic yogurt from Whole Foods. It's important that use organic yogurt. Personally, i like the dried texture of yogurts like voskos, or Labne, but since i can't find organic versions of those, i don't use them. My mom makes home made yogurt that's so good. But Matia said as healthy as that is, it's too strong for people with IC in the beginnnig.

I also realized that the plain organic stoneyfield yogurt has pectin in the ingredients, which is a texture thickening additive used for  low fat and fat free yogurts. I don't know how bad it is, I will email Matia to ask. I prefer whole milk yogurt but stoneyfield doesn't have them in plain flavor.
