I have a terribly flaky scalp too.  Matia keeps saying "it'll go away" and I'm like "WHEN?!"  The only solution I have is to wear light-colored tops so it doesn't show as much. Someone also told me to rub jojoba into the scalp, and while I think it helps temporarily, it certainly doesn't get rid of the problem.
