decf green tea?

Does anyone drink the naturally decaf green teas and what brands if so? My dentist wants me to have floride and i don't want to have high amounts I know that green tea is very good for tooth decay.

Trader Joe's has a couple of different kinds, I think there is nothing but the tea and a bit of ascorbic acid. I am pretty sure I also saw one there with just green tea extract.

What about using green tea as a mouthwash for its natural fluoride properties? For drinking I am still looking for a brand which I like the taste of, the ones I've tried taste like seaweed water.

I am going to ask Matia I talk to her after my next dental apt. I am kinda freaked out because they may have to do a seditive filling that would stay in for 6 weeks. It is a type of medicine to prevent me from needing  root canal. they will also  inject flouride into my gums not good i have been flaired up since the cleaning too I am just wanting to get this over with. Please pray for me that i do not need this seditive filling and i can just get a regular filling. On the pluss side I did make it to the dentist with out using xanex first time back out in a yr. I Hope tomorrows visit goes ok.
