personal air purifier

Has anyone had experience with personal air purifier one wears around the neck for travel? I am travelling by air next month and looking for tips??? I can't find any info on the above here in BC Canada....Lois

I looked into getting one of those because of chemical sensitivies and allergies but decided against it.  I'm not convinced they work very well.

i bought mine from gaiam. it does work but the radius is about 3ft only. I can sit with one person smoking and it helps a great deal. I bought it because all of my freinds smoke. I wouldn't expect them to compleetly take odor away but I do knowtice mine helps me enought to keep it on.

thanks Clueless and Nicole....I have wondered if it provides a psychological boost, but have heard of several who swear it has protected them form colds and flu on aircraft.....
