Has anyone drank this and can you tell me your experience with it.

Hi Nicole,I recently started drinking raw cow's milk so I will guess that it is a similar experience being that they're both unpasturized. Matia recommended that I ease into it very slowly because it can cause problems if you start off with too much. I didn't have any problems doing it this way. I haven't had goat's milk, I've tried goat cheese which is good, and I've tried goat yogurt which was just way too goaty for me (very musky and strong). I'm guessing that Matia gave you the OK to try unpasturized products? She didn't give me the OK until just a few months ago.Carol

Well I had asked her and she says she normally doesn't do it till list 4 but with all my teeth problems she also told me to just go slow. Today i feel really nausious so I think i am not going to drink the second glass. Matia had said to try to do it twice a day but last night i had 5 bms after drinking it the first day. It was painful. TOday I am really nausious and feeling like i am in a haze. I may skip tomorrow and then start again. I am a little freaked out about it. I know it's very heathy though just not sure I am strong enough for this.

I started out with maybe 1/8 cup 1x day for a week and then slowly ramped up from there, now I have probably 1/2 - 1 cup total per day. It makes sense that's it's effecting your digestion because it has so many live probiotics in it and other natural goodies that could get things going. I remember my husband (who is more or less healthy) feeling nausious when he first started drinking it (he was our test pilot) so he backed off and did a smaller amount. No point in doing more of something if it makes you feel bad, slow and steady is always a good policy. Maybe give your body a day to settle down then try a smaller amount the following day. carol
