Forums:
I plan on doing a broadcast via internet radio 2x a day on monday now I dont know if my regular listeners will want this all week long so I may just do one day. Normally I run electronic music on the weekday and then the weekend there are other DJ's. I don't dj I just have songs that play so if you end up tuning in don't expect that.
Anyway my purpose for this is to ask of those of you who are intersted in hearing my collection of medatations what times would you like to see them broadcast?
Sounds great!
This sounds great - I don't know if it will work for me in UK but will try to tune in. I won't say a time as my time zone (GMT) is not going to be good for anyone else outside Europe.

I love radio and would love to hear your boradcast! I work all day and I'm like you eastern time maybe it would be cool to hear at least in the evening after 9-10'oclockish? I need help winding down sometimes and that could be perfect for getting my brian ready for deep sleep. Is that too late? that's my vote! thanks!Mary

you can either tune in by going to http://spfradio.yage.net/
or if you have itunes or winamp player you can tune in by putting the address http://spfradio.yage.net:9000 in your player those of you with winamp would go where it says file and then click on that it will pull the menu down go to play url and then you enter in the address shown. It should be simlar in itunes. I love using winamp because of all the nice ambient stations I can play there.
