gas/pressure

Just wondering if others get abdominal gassyness.  I have been getting so much gassy pressure for quite awhile now.  It causes me to feel like I have to pee when I have this pressure.  Matia seems to think that it is from fungus and bacteria and now on SF722 which can also cause a bit of gas with die off.  Feeling a little concerned about this excess gassyness as it is uncomfortable.  I am getting tested for some food intolerances by the Doctor as well as bacteria such as H pylori.  This problem has worsened for me since my surgery in September.  I had to take antibiotics and other meds so I know my body has taken a beating in the last few months.

I get tons of gas and pressure on these SF722's.  The more I increase it, the worse it gets.

Man! I am on my moontime- (period) and I am only taking probiotics right now. we just upped the bifido and yesterday after eating a bit of white rice with my meal (ok so it was sort of my easy I don't feel like cooking meal- steamed rice and chicken and veggies from the chinese restaurant)  and earlier ricecakes- (too much carbs that day?) my digestion went crazy. I had some mild cramps from the mootime but not bad but then they seemed to conflate and become overpowered by some intense gas cramps. only I didn't produce any gas! I was totally bloated and uncomofortable while I had these CRAZY stomach pains and pressure. they radiated into my ribcage and back. so I talked to another patient and she said she had something similiar and that Matia had told her it was a dieoff thing and to push through. It is a little better today but DANG! I was totally like "Jeeeeez this is no joke is there some evil alien being dying in my stomach or just the take out I ordered? " I have had werid digestion issues before but nothing that bad. So Sf722 and probiotics can both bring it on but it usually passes after awhile. thanks for tuning in. - Honeybee

I've had the "alien in your belly" severe intestinal cramps several times after eating out.  So consider even if you're eating according to your list, how restaurants cook things they may still use ingredients you're not aware of and/or use more oil or butter or something that makes it far more rich than our usual self-prepared food in.
That said, when I was eating normally I've also had bad gas and strong cramps at many points in treatment, esp on SF.  But there was also a clear connection with eating out & my insides saying "Whoa, I'm not used to this!"

I was told from a friend with Lyme disease, her doc told her her body could not handle the E coli anymore because she was hardly ever eating out.  When she did, her tummy was not used to the bacteria anymore and that is what caused her stomach issues when she did try and eat out.  She told me there is really no where you can eat out that is not contaminated at some level.

Oh man, I have had this and it is SO terrible. I had one point where I was getting it basically every time I ate for a solid week or two, particularly at night and if I ate yogurt it got so much worse. She had changed up my probiotics and it just smacked me. I like to think it's all the gnarly things getting out of there, that somehow that herb change really got at something bad in my body and the pain meant that those things were leaving! Matia did tell me it was die off and as long as my bladder was holding up to push through it. Not the most comforting words, but it won't be forever! It's horrible pain though, like rolling around on the bed and can't sit up straight pain. My stomach would blow up like a balloon, but yeah, never any actual gas. Yuck. the things we have to put up with! Hope it passes quickly for you.
