I think that I am coming down with a yeast infection and I am concerned because I am going on my trip tomorrow. I am going to try goldenseal with jojoba dn or yogurt. Any suggestions would be appreciated. How long can this take to work? I have emailed Matia but she is on holidays and I am going tomorrow.

I used yogurt with great results. The goldenseal burned when I treid it. I hope it clears quickly.

i douched w/ golden
i douched w/ golden seal...bought a big douche bag at CVS....and filled it w. poland spring water and i put in golden seal...did it 3 x a day..the yogurt burned me ssooo bad...matia said for me no yogurt....golden seal...dnt kno y...i think i have a yeatie as well but its not sooo bad...will u b able to check ur email when ur away??...i hope u get some relief...

I did it twice a day. If your infection is bad, three times a day would be fine. Mine cleared up quickly.
Have any of you ever used
Have any of you ever used over the counter antifungal creams like Monistat or Miconazole? I wonder if Matia ever recommends these instead of Goldenseal? Maybe we could ask her about it on Sat during the phone call.

those OTC creams are def a no no from what I reacall speaking to her.
I persoanly use garlic raw maybe too strong for some works 2-3 days stings at first maybe for 10 min goes away I love it.
