Vitamin D

Is anyone else having worse pain on the new larger capsules of Carlson's Vitamin D3?  The capsules are larger in the new bottle I just bought a couple of weeks ago.  The dose is the same, 400 IU per capsule, so there is definitely more filler.  I am only taking 4 drops, but I feel worse when I try to increase it.  I brought this to Matia's attention, and she knew about it already.  She said they changed the ratio of safflower oil to Vit. D in the formula.  I did much better on the older capsules with less safflower oil.  I just wondered if anyone else has noticed this.

I thought I was just going crazy. And THEN I thought that I got the wrong bottle! I didn't even think to ask Matia about it. That was dumb! I don't know that I notice a difference but I will be paying much more attention now that I know the capsules ARE actually different. I am not on them right now (I am on other herbs for upper resp. issues) I will most def. report back if I experience any differences between the smaller and larger capsules. Thanks for posting about this!

i buy the natures plus brand   I don't know if it comes in the 400 iu as I take 1000 but if your doing drops it shouldn't matter too much you might check . the main thing is the cholecalciferol and I wonder if you can have the dry kind or it needs to be liquid? I would ask her since your having a hard time. I <3 my vit D it's my fave.

yes she said it was fine her main concern was that it had cholecalciferol in it.
