Hi Veronica..I don't have a tip, but can share that a shipment (pretty much any size) from Bomaherbs in California to here in BC Canada costs $80 plus dollars and $15 duty..usaully doubling in price any order I place. I have shared this info with the office and have seen many who also tried for cheaper shipping with no luck.I do balance the cost in my thinking with the fact that any drugs I  was prescribed by medical prescription before treatment w/Matia pretty much added up to the same and more per month when I included other expenses for the unsuccessful treatments ( like body work of many types, trying other remedes, transportation and the like).. I'm thinking from the Bomaherbs point of view..it is probably worth the cost to ensure door to door delivery, customs checks and quality of product (they've never said this, but can see why this might apply and is also to our benefit)...just wanted you to know you are not alone in thinking about this  and my take on it..I have learned its best for me to order a bit more than immediately needed...so far  that's worked well..  Lois
