How often you guys have follow up consultations with Mathia? I'm trying to do it once a month now, but is little expensive for me!!! consultation plus herbs etc... Im over my buget already, I dnt know how much longer I can keep seeing her.... and for the emails, she will not reply if we dnt have a appointment on schedule right?

How often you guys do this? and how you guys handle this?

Hi all,

Any ideas for relief for insanely itchy patches of eczema (I think) on my elbows?  Matia's suggestion of olive oil and goldenseal does't seem to be helping.

Also, any clues as to what causes this?  I haven't experienced rashed before and everytime I look at my arms I want to cry, since I feel like this means I am taking a step back. I also have dry patches around my left eye?  Could these be related?

I've been doing List 1 of the diet for 2 weeks now. I've had ringing on and off but today it is really driving me nuts. I haven't even seem Matia yet, I go on the 27th so I am not on any herbs yet. Has anyone else had this happen to them. I am guessing it is die-off but it is really bothering me and it is causing me anxiety. Also my period has always been regular and now it's late, I am thinking because of all the stress I have been under. Hormones must really be involved in this.

Hi ladies, what kind of exercises do you do?  I used to exercise ridicoulsly a lot in the past in a self-destructive way I guess (I cans ee this now) and now I don't have motivation, and lots of pain, and running, wieight lifting kind of seems against my current spirit, I have no idea. I plan to start yoga again and wonder if you specifially got help from any type of yoga. I heard kundalini is very good? Any advice would be highly appreciated.

and probiotics.... 1 a day

So  I read a post by someone saying that earths beauty makes great products that don't cause flares. I went to go buy a concealer from a natural make up store yesterday but the color was a little to light.  Has anyone used the foundation made by Earths Beauty? They make a foundation that is darker than the concealer so I was just wondering.  Also has anyone used Real Purity ( health glow foundation) it does not look like it has irritating ingredients but I wanted to double check. Let me know if anyone has a makeup they would like to recommend!! :)

Anyone else super sensitive to dairy?  It really messes me up--makes me SUPER phlegmy seconds later. I cant seem to make myself stop eating it though, because I already feel so limited!  Ugh.  I just love yogurt and milk in my coffee :(
