Where can I order yeast free spelt flour? Also, where can I order yeast free pizza crusts?

I found the Pacific Bakery website where I can order the yeast free bread, but didn't see these two products.

Hey everyone my B-day is in a couple days.  I am on stage one but want to try to make something to eat that is more interesting than my normal.  Anyone have any good ideas? The spelt zuccinni bread I saw in Recipes looked good. :) let me know if there are any other good ideas out there!

I haven't been on the forum for a long time. I think I've felt so dragged down by my health that I haven't wanted to drag anyone else down with me.

I've been in treatment with Dr. B for a year and half. I've seen some good improvements with my bladder (although some days  I feel like I'm back to square one, and wonder if the improvements are just in my head)

Got your attention - didn't I?  As Dr. B reads the forum topics - do you think she'll sneak a peak or just have it deleted?

The thing is - I used it all over my head (the small vibrator - not a huge one) and over my eyes and cheeks - not feeling like using it anywhere else - and my head feels so much better - even the numb spots.  I know, this might remove too many toxins or shock my neighbor if they come to my glass door.  BUT - a girls got to do what a girls got to do :)

does anyone know if matia is able to write excuses for being sick??

Hey, so is anyone taking ultra omegas made by country life? Matia put me on them and whole foods stopped carrying them because they came out with a newer ultra concentrated omega(3*6*9).  So I ordered some online from Vitamin Life.  They got to my house yesterday and I opened the bottle and the capsules are shaped differently.  But the bottle looks exactly the same.  It says Ultra Omegas DHA/EPA 500mg/200mg.  One thing I should have done is saved my old bottle to compare.  It says one of the ingredients is Vitamin E(as d-alpha tocopherol).  Does anyone elses say that?
