Cauliflower Recipe (from someone who doesn't really like cauliflower) for List 2

Forums:

My boyfriend and I have been dabbling with new recipes and have created a wonderful cauliflower concoction (and I don't really like cauliflower).

Chop 2 heads of cauliflower, place in a 3/4 pyrex baking dish/pan

Thinly Chop 1 pepper (we have tried orange, yellow and green, generally we mix them up, but its whatever is to your liking), 1/4- 1/2 onion, and at least 4 cloves of fresh garlic.

Help finding Supplements in London, UK

Forums:

Hi all,

I am on a business trip in London, UK and am looking for rhodiola and megadophilus. Matia mentioned that Natren products are available here for the mega and that if I can find eclectic institute for the rhodiola that would be perfect, but if not, any rhodiola will do. I am staying in central London (around Picadilly Circus).

Can anyone recommend where I can find these supplements.

Thank you!

M

Ureaplasma

Forums:

Hello There

I live in the UK and am about to make take the step to make an appointment to see Matia for IC issues. The problem is that I tested positive for a tiny bacteria called Ureaplasma which is a form of mycoplasma known to cause urinary problems. I took a high dose of doxcycline to get rid of the bacteria back in February and it made the situation worse. I went on to develop vulvodynia and have a constant tingling sensation in my hands and feet with pain under my arms in my lymph glands.

Really good rice flour bisquits

Forums:

After over a year of experimenting, I have finally figured out a recipe for biscuits, where they taste delicious and don't fall apart.  This is for those of us who CAN eat PLAIN YOGURT, BUTTER and RICE FLOUR. Be careful, it's hard to eat just one after you've eaten nothing but brown rice and potatoes forever! ;) I don't tolerate spelt or kamut, so these work well for me in place of bread!

2 cups Bob's Red Mill rice flour

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/3 cup butter

3/4 cup plain yogurt (organic or hormone-free)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

On Matia's gentle products guides it lists Cover Girl, Maybelline and Origins. All of these companies produce various lines , which ones are we allowed? I was under the impression that we were supposed to avoid "mineral makeup" but it seems very hard to find a line that is not mineral based. I also was under impression we were supposed to avoid mica and titanium dioxide?
