First of all I want to say how wonderful everyone is and how incredibly helpful this site is. so grateful! You are all so helpful I decided to be transparent today to hear perhaps some feedback about my concern about stress inhibiting my body and my progress.
I am hoping to find a Spelt Bread Recipe with no yeast or sweeteners. In the past, I have bought French Meadow Bakery bread and it is getting expensive. I am hoping to find a recipe that works with a bread machine.

Many of you have read of my dispair about this. Dr. B assures me that is will resolve. I have been in treatment for a year, and while my bladder has made progress (with some setbacks) my bloating has not changed at all. It does not matter if I cut out gluten, all grains, or dairy. I have tried all of this. The only thing I have not tried to cut are FODMAP foods and nightshades so I may do that at some point.

Does anyone have a good way to journal to make it clear and feedback on how to balance my plate? When Boaz asks to send the journal via email are we usually to send it daily or all at once at the end of the week?
I made this great journal sheet but it ended up being way too detailed for Boaz.
Ok, so I just started the program as some of you know about 2.5 weeks ago and I am wondering about the ratio of food on our plate. I find first of all that I am craving sooooooooooo much fat. Not sure why. Boaz says all ok in moderation. I am wondering how people are really balancing their food on their plate to make this work (and to possibly lose some of this cushion).
The subject line says it all:( I started on my supplements a month ago and I've been experiencing moderate to severe constipation(the fun just never ends). I've read many of the back posts and see that it's very common. This is really new for me. I've always had a very regular and routine bathroom schedule. What can I do? I'm on list one so my veggie choices are limited. I've been making sure to drink lots of spring water, added a few more veggies to my plate and heated my chicken soup as hot as I could take it.
...have you received a bill for your appointment this week?? I'm supposed to have an in-person appointment, but haven't received an email requesting payment. Lynn confirmed my appointment the last time I spoke with her, but I'm kind of worried since I haven't gotten an email yet... and of course I think of this on a Sunday when they're closed! It´s me again with a strange question. I´ve been taking bifido since 2 weeks now. I started off with very small amounts and increased gradually. I have the feeling that my bladder is able to handle a lot of it but lately I´m just so sad. Now I´m wondering if it´s the bifido that makes me cry or my partner´s behaviour. I just feel so extremely emotional. Many things he says make me cry or the fact that he needs his own space leaves me feeling lonely. I´m not recognizing myself anymore. Did anybody experience something similar with bifido? The emotional roller coaster?
