 I would like to switch to make-up that is IC friendly.  Ideally, I would like to find products that are affordable and will not exaserbate my blemish prone skin.  This site has great tips on make-up to avoid.  I was hoping that you could list your favorite foundations, concealers, blushes, lipsticks, eye make-up...  The beautiful hair posts have been so fascinating that I couldn't resist starting a make-up post LOL.

I need hair advice :-).  What natural hair coloring products do you use?  I have been highlighting my hair with foil using light blonde and golden blonde professional shades at a salon.  I haven't attempted to color my entire head of hair in years because it usually looks tacky red or orange.  My natural hair color is light/medium ashe brown.  Ideally, I would like to have dark blonde hair with warm tones (unless medium blonde is possible without peroxide LOL).  Thank you so much!

I just need to talk about my day  with my Mother. She came over to visit me and she wanted me to quit seeing Matia. She says after 8 months I should be well. She wants me to have this surgery where they make a bladder out of your intestines. I told her even if that invasive treatment did work it wouldn't cure my IC. I tried to explain to her it;s not just a bladder disease. She wasn't hearing me. it has left me feeling so beat and my head is killing me.

Lisa, why can't you take baths? For me, hot baths really help, relaxing muscles and reducing pain. Living in a cold climate I really need my hot baths! I have chamomile baths which are wonderful. I asked Matia if it was ok to have chamomile baths while suffering thrush and she said if it doesn't cause a problem then fine. She has said somewhere (was it the Support Group?) that cold = constriction and pain whereas warmth = dilatation and reduction of pain. I am cautious and have only 2 or 3 a week becos I feel they could be too drying.

I have been having issues with Salmon and i was wondering what the case was. Well it appears that alsakan salmon is from Copper river and it gets its name from the abondance of copper this is totally toxic for us,also the farmed is color inhanced.
