Scared again

I was doing really well  last week. It felt like most of the inflammation or problem had moved down in my vagina area. Then I ate a meal from the grocery store with mashed potatoes and English peas thinking it woould be ok and I had a flair that felt like my skin was crawling in my vagina area. The next day I had some bladder/ abdomen spasms and muscular irritation. Today I've had some pressure, a lot of which seems tied to digestion and gas, but I'm not sure all of it is. Tonight I have had to urinate more at night. It also feels like my ovaries are inflamed some.

Question about List 1

Hello everyone,

 

I am hoping to see Dr. Brizman before Christmas, but in the meantime, I have started List 1. Can I ask how you cook the food - do you fry or keep it completely plain, eg, steamed rice, steamed veg., etc. . Also, what sort of seafood do you eat, and how is that cooked? If you cook food, do you cook it in olive oil or other types of oil?

Spasms

Does anyone else have lower abdominal spasms. At first I thought they were bladder spasms, but most of the time they feel more related to digestion. I'm not sure. 

Its about mid-cycle for me and I've been feeling them more the past day or so. I also just had a flare after eating some peas and/ or mashed potatoes that were precooked so I thought that might be causing the feeling. Not sure. 

 

I havent had much urgency lately but the spasms are occurring sometimes and that area feels tingly and spasmy.

Bananas

So I made this great muffin recipe so I would have a little treat for Thanksgiving dessert using approved ingredients for me.  The only thing it called for that wasn't approved was 1 mushed up banana.  I thought....it's 1 banana, I'm on list 4, how bad could it be?  OMG, the muffins are delicious and now I am having awful burning. I am so sad.  Anyone know why are bananas such pain inducers? The recipe didn't even have any sweetener, just banana.  I'm getting really fed up ith all this.
