I haven't visited here much ... used to be very active in the FB forum. But I need some thoughts on this.
When I started with Boaz, I was having very heavy periods. One lasted 21 days. I was advised by my PCP to get a hysterectomy. After starting with Boaz, my periods got better. A lot better. Totally normal.
I have been on Rhodiola for a week and 1/2. Have experienced some pretty ok days. Today the anxiety was through the roof. Those that took the Rhodiola does it take a while to really see improvement? Is there another combination of herbs that might help that I could talk to Bosz about? He has been so wonderful. Backed off on the cleansing herbs. Still really am struggling. If I'm having trouble with little herbs it scares me to death to think how it will be when I have more die-off. Also did anybody get heart flutters? I dont know if its the anxiety or herbs or what.
I asked this in another thread but it got lost in there I think. Many people talk about cravings and in a negative way. How do you define a cravng vs just liking something a lot? Craving seems to come from imbalance vs just "I like potatoes with rosemary- yum." If you wouldn't mind describing how you see a craving- thanks
I am freaking out as I have not had a bm in 5 days (well, maybe very small ones). I know what caused it for me (adding in mega). It is the weirdest thing, like my bowels just shut down. I am really trying not to freak out. Adding Bifido is not really helping. I pray we can find a better combo. I have not had a lot of big issues with BMs since I started treatment, and have had to use magnesium a lot during treatment but even that is not helping now. Just venting.
My reaction to jewelry has gotten worse in recent years. Did anyone ask if this gets better? Trying to wear my gold and it is not working. Does anyone else have this?
Oh good grief. We have just added mega back in (am still on SF) and I can't believe it has completely stopped my BMs. Must be a traffic jam in there of die off? Has anyone else had mega cause constipation. I am losing my mind with this process. (awaiting my period too so I am sure that is not helping)
