i am on day7 of my cycle and have started getting the sharp shooting pains that come and go.  the pain is just left of my vagina between my vagina and my leg crease.  i am totally fine and them bam a wave of sharp pain hits then goes away.  it is very strange.  does anyone know what this is?

He lists 5 top brands that are ok for you and how to make your own. Could be why some of us are having issues with it. It's a good read. 

Back on SF and the die off is back full force. I seriously feel like crying. I am so tired of dealing with this. I feel nauseated on SF, I feel like I have a fever and the flu, and I have diarrhea. I have chills and it is just the worst. Waiting to hear back from Dr. M. Has anyone else experienced severe die off while on sf? I really dont know if I can handle it. I am about to email Matia to tell her that I will be stopping the SF.

Hello Everyone! I'm in excruciating pain. I spent last night in the ER with findings of low potassium levels and a contracted gallbladder. The Dr's infuriate me, but that's a different tale for another day. So, Dr m changed my protocol and things seemed better this am after my 1st dose, but this evening I am right back to excruciating pain. I am so tired of all this pain and I know has a lot to do with stress. It baffles my mind how quickly a protocol change can go from this seems ok to I want to die pain!

I have bought a couple bags of Brown Rice Pasta and one of the ingredients is Rice Bran. Is this okay to eat in treatment? Thanks!

Hi All, I have have been feeling so poorly the past week. We are taking things out and adding things in but I have not had a lot of relief yet. Bladder feels awful. Prayers appreciated!

Boaz told me to start Rhodiola for my anxiety. I bought the Gaia brand. Does anyone have any council on taking it? I saw on an old thread you should take with your probiotics. Any thing else I need to know?  I also saw where it initially makes people jittery. Does it make the anxiety worse at first then levels with time? Not sure I can handle more jittery right now :) would love to hear some good responses to it :) tks

Has anyone else taken cod, and then had it start to really bother their bladder? I have been doing very well, bladder wise, for several months. This month I am on a ton of cod and now maybe it has built up and is causing the bladder pain. I am taking it out tomorrow (somehow missed dr. B's reply to me today to take it out so drank a TABLESPOON of it tonight, grrr. Anyway, I am really hoping we get to the bottom of my sudden, horrible bladder sx.
