do you think if you overeat one thing, you will wind up becoming intolerant to it? for example, i seem to be ok with the brown rice cereal, but at this point it is more or less the only carb i eat, so i end up eating it twice a day. i am very careful about the amount i eat (about 1/3 of a cup per serving) and always eat it with protein, but i still worry that eating it twice a day will lead me to become intolerant. i'm not sure, but i think this might have been what happened to me with potatoes. that being said i had NO portion control when i ate potatoes, so i ate A TON on any given day.
