eat it too often = become intolerant?

do you think if you overeat one thing, you will wind up becoming intolerant to it? for example, i seem to be ok with the brown rice cereal, but at this point it is more or less the only carb i eat, so i end up eating it twice a day. i am very careful about the amount i eat (about 1/3 of a cup per serving) and always eat it with protein, but i still worry that eating it twice a day will lead me to become intolerant. i'm not sure, but i think this might have been what happened to me with potatoes. that being said i had NO portion control when i ate potatoes, so i ate A TON on any given day.

Celery

Walmart has amazing celery sticks packed in spring water in a clear rectangular tub with a square lid.  It is packed in spring water.  It is a little more money but soooo worth it.  It is so crisp and almost sweet.  It is a real treat!  It makes eating celery so easy.  The other stuff seems pulpy, wilted. and bitter.  Not sure why it is so good....see for yourself.

Ok so If I dont answer my phone its because I am way stressed out I need some ME Time. Right now I have so much going on it's not even funny. My family doesn't belive in this treatment and want me to see a local dr. They also do not belive I can open yet want to see me be NORMAL. I am getting hit in every direction i feel sick to my stomach. I have to open my spa i don't want to answer to ANYONE ANYMORE!!!

Hi all,

I don't have TV so listen to NPR all the time. My fav show is out of NYC and is called Radiolab. Last week they had a show on parasites. This was SO fascinating and I think all of us in this type of treatment would find it both interesting and applicable. There's the whole notion of our culture being "too clean," killing the good with the bad, and one of the segments focus' on this. So cool. grain,wheat,gluten,yeast free..advice plze

i kno i cant tolerate brown or white rice for sure...i am not 100% sure about the kamut bread yet...it bothered me at frst but not that much now...just to b safe..
....from readin some posts...people have used unbleached wheat flour, rice flour products,and brown rice tortillas...i was wondering if you could tell me where to get these products  and what name brand?? and what do i cook with the flour?...i dnt like to cook and i am a bit naive in the cookin dept....lol...but i need to try somethin...
