is light headedness a die off symptom?  i used to get this bad and since i have started the diet and herbs it went away.  the last 2 days it has reared it's ugly head.  i also get ortho static hypotension when i am light headed.  i have an appointment tuesday morning. 

Just got my Juice plus upped to one cap, can we take this in the cap or have to take out, she upped it by email so could not ask.

I was wondering when you are starting a new herb, how much do you order? I'm not sure whether to order just one bottle or two/three?  As it's completely new, i may or may not tolerate it but then I don't want to keep having to order as shipping to UK costs a bomb! 

should I ask Boaz to get an idea?

I was just reading online that oil-based lubricants can weaken latex condoms and make them less effective (and sometimes rip). I've been using the BomaSense lubricant, which is oil based, so I'm wondering if this is a problem. I also read that oil-based lubricants are okay with polyeurothane condoms, but I don't know if those are approved. Would appreciate any advice on this!

Any suggestions on what face lotion to use? The boma lotion clogs my pores and jojoba oil causes my symptoms to increase.
