I'm just really struggling with the diet right now and am looking for some other's experiences.  

a few years ago, i started getting allergy symptoms like itchy throat, itchy eyes/nose, runny nose, and sinus sensations. well, since starting treatment with matia, my allergies seem to have cleared up. then today, out of nowhere started having itchy/tickly throat and itchy nose. does this mean my allergies are back? i had thought they were gone and that was one of the positive signs i had relied on as a sign that my body was getting better. so i am pretty bummed. any chance these symptoms could be die off related? anyone have these?

I've been in treatment since the end of July, and on the diet for about a month longer than that.

I've noticed I haven't lost any weight. I haven't gained any either, but it seems expected that people lose weight on this diet. It isn't my main concern (although I must admit I thought it would be one positive/motivator to stay on this crazy (list 1) diet.

is anyone else having head pain and really tight jaw!? ughh man its horrible i feel like my head is going to explode!

just got the green light to try black tea and not sure what kind to get. went to whole foods and there were a ton of different teas, but had trouble finding one that was plain black tea (no extra ingredients) and decaffinated. but at my regular supermarket, i found tetley decaffinated black tea. the only catch is that it is not organic. is that an issue with teas? do you all only drink organic tea? if so what brand and where did you find it? thanks!

Hi everyone.  I know this is repetetive and I've looked at people's recipes, but I thought I would throw this out there for some more ideas. 

does anyone ever get super itchy spots on their hands/inside of their wrists? only happens every now and again and i dont' get a rash or anything, but for some reason i get these "itch attacks" and always on the lower left side of my left palm (under base of my thumb) and then down into an inch of two of my inside wrist. i just think it is such a random place to get an itch.i looked it up to see if any meridians go through that area and it seems like only the lung meridian does - and as far as i know, the lung meridian doesn't have anything to do with IC, pelvic pain, etc.

i feel weird saying this lol, but has anyone had random breakouts like around their butt area? really weird and gross!

Have any of you been on angelica before? I have been on it sevral times and may trying it again in place of the ginseng I would just like some feedback like did it take any of you a while to see benifits from it?so I would just like some feedback on it. I never really got anything good off it just more headaches. It's been about 5 months and my headaches are better then they were then so trying to see if i react the same.
