so, i've been off of grains for about a month now and am considering maybe trying some out again in the next few weeks. Of course, i probably won't get the nerve to do it, but in case i do, does anyone know what the most tolerated grain option is? i used to eat spelt all the time, but want to try something different that might be gentler. i don't even eat rice anymore, but was thinking that rice flour might be the best thing to try as a re-entry to bread. or i've heard folks talk about quinoa/millet. are those better options?

head pains

I swear I just want to dislocate my head and just leave it for later. All this buzzing, tingling and then sound sensitivity, light sensitivity stabbing pains in my temples. The tingling is constant. I am so sick of all of it. I wonder when is this going to get better. I feel like the yeast is taken hostage of my body.Does anyone feel like this?

treatment irritation versus vulvodynia pain

A number of people in this forum and in the success stories have mentioned vaginal irritation/burning as a symptom that has developed or been exacerbated during treatment - perhaps as a result of the cleansing of toxins. for those whose primary issue is in the bladder, it is easier to distinguish that this irritation is a result of the treatment. but for those with vulvodynia, how do you know if ongoing/increases in vaginal irritation/burning while in treatment is a result of cleansing OR a poor response to a particular combo of herbs/supplements?

hi,

at whole foods today i found organic uncured beef hotdogs that have nothing in them other than beef, water, sea salt and some seasoning like onion, celery, etc. nothing that appears to be "bad." they are not smoked, the cattle are grass fed, and there are no hormones or antibiotics used in them. so i think they are okay to eat, but wanted to see if anyone else has heard otherwise. they are made by applegate farms.

spaghetti squash

I'm from UK and we don't have the varieties of squashes that are available in US. I was intrigued when I heard some of u talking about 'spaghetti squash' it sounded very exotic to me and I was excited to find one in a food hall in a large department store in central London earlier this week. Now I've got it, can anyone tell me how to cook it?

Hello- I am new to this website and trying to figure it out. Are most people on here actually seen by Dr. Brizman? I have had IC/Vulvodynia and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction for many years. I have been treated with various medications, supplements, acupucture, physical therapy, medication, etc, but it has never completely gone away. If you are not being seen by Dr. Brizman, how do you know which herbs to take, monitor your diet, etc? I am not completely clear on how that works. Also, wanted to know if anyone has tried the BomaSenese lubrication?
