ANd my closest sister became a very strict vegan in January. It is so frustrating because I worry about their health and i also feel a little awkward telling them that Dr B told me to eat more red meat. Also part of the cause of my IC was my vegetarianism in my early 20's. How do you deal with this? I don't plan on lecturing anyone anytime, it is just a tricky situation especially because my sister has become quite militant.

I have been off  the pill for about a year now and since then I have had a great improvement in my cycle. I now have an actual flow again, which is something I haven't had for years.

Except, the past few months I haven't been as regular and this month I am about three days late. I am experiencing some dark brown spotting and cramping, but no period. I suppose there is a chance I could be pregnant, but before I go out and buy a test,I thought I'd check if anyone has experienced anything similar?

For the past year i have used natren probiotics that are step 1 superdophilus capsules dairy free, and natren step 2 bifidonate. I always ordered from toronto but lately since shipping has gone up i found a store in Fredericton N.B. that sells the natren products. this is closer for me .The lady states the natren they sell is called step 1 mega dophilus dairy free capsules, and step 2 natren bifido factor dairy free capsules. the bottles look a bit different .Does anyone know if this is okay and the same? I think it is?

Hey guys. This may be kind of odd but I have a question about your allergies for a friend of mine who does not have IC. She suffers from terrible allergies and it is really starting to affect her everyday life. She has lost hope in making them better and has reached out to me to see if maybe I can be of help. I personally do not suffer from allergies and was wondering if you guys had any incite. She seems to be allergic to dust and cat hair the most. But sometimes even she can't pinpoint what is really making her so extremely snotty and sneezy.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada.  I need to order the Natren Bifido probiotics and the Natren person I called said to order through their BC counterpart so my delivery wouldn't have to go through customs.  Does anyone know anyone in London Ontario Canada who sells Natren or is BC my best bet.  I called around to all our local health food stores and no one sells Natren.

Hello everyone

Has anyone caught an ITU infection while in Dr Brizman's treatment? I have started bleeding from the bladder and  my frequency qand urgency are horrendous as it the pain when passing water, it is so very scary.

Dr Brizman has been brilliant and come straight back to me on email and I have started the meds she has suggested but this is the first time I've had a UTI since the one that started all this off a year ago and I am so scared by the bledding from my bladder and how this is so obviously damaging my bladder even more than it already is.

I wonder how you deal with stress and IC?  I have had a lot of improvement during treatment the last 2 years, but I notice that stress has a big influence on my health.  I'm going through a difficult time in my relationship, having problems and doubts and this causes a lot of stress and anxiety.  Stress about the doubts and anxiety about the future, I'm scared of being alone again, what about starting a new relationship, it's not all that easy with IC...  I hope that we will get through this and that we will stay together, but in the meantime I can't seem to let go of the stress...  I notic
