I wanted to share what has helped me recently. I figured that if symptoms were due to leaky gut, that it would be good to have gentle foods that allowed the gut to heal. I had been eating a lot of rice cakes for on the go (especially with a new baby), and I took those out, in addition to eating only very soft cooked veggies, so no raw celery, etc... I also took out anything that was allowed, though that I knew affected me (like brown rice, butter). For me, I could tell I was sensitive by inflammation in my face/slight headache/stuffy nose, although it did not seem to affect my bladder.
