I am very excited about seeing Matia next week, and I will ask her this question as well, but I was curious if others had fibromyalgia. I have never been to a doc to get the diagnosiss, but I have all the tender points and widesprread pain. I notice its worse when it rains, and when I eat foods that are not on list one. Does anyone else suffer from fibromyalgia? And do you know if those symptoms go away after treatment?
My husband loves to stir fry. I just read on the BoMa med sight that olive oil is not reccomended for high heat cooking. Does canola oil work? If not, should I stop frying things until later in treatment? Sometimes, he cooks with buter but it burns easily. Are there any articles on the dangers of cooking oil with high heat?
What floss do you use? I wasn't sure if the the thin, woven floss was approved since they usually are flavored or have floride in them. The thick , plain floss irritates my gums.
Has anyone had experience with personal air purifier one wears around the neck for travel? I am travelling by air next month and looking for tips??? I can't find any info on the above here in BC Canada....Lois
Hi everyone, I'm in treatment for 7 months now and my urethra burning was better for a few months, but since some time it's worse again. I partly went to list 2 but because I started to feel worse again I cut out all foods again, oignon, bell peppers, tea, I felt like they were all bothering me. It mostly feels ok in the morning but after urinating I get this irritating and burning feeling.
I recently started an anti-candida diet and today I noticed a huge increase in my bladder symptoms. It really feeels like I have a UTI. I just started the diet 2 days ago. Has anyone else felt like this while on the anti-candida diet?
Thank you for your help any advice would be very appreciated!
This is great for those of you who can eat it, and something for the rest of us to look forward to someday! It's so nice to see these kinds of websites popping up and bringing us healthier alternatives so we don't have to feel so isolated and living "without" all the time.
