Hi everyone,

I'm in treatment since March 2009 and wonder how long it took for others to heal from urethra pain/burning? I had relief for several months but since some time the irritation and burning is back. I don't know whether it's from food (I'm partly on list 3 now) or from the herbs (I switched a few times lately), but it seems that the urethra is the most difficult for me to heal. A lot of other things have improved, but I hope that the urethra will also start to get better again.

Do others also deal with fatigue during treatment? Sometimes I feel so tired.

Is anyone else taking Rhodiola?  I have been on it for a little over 2 weeks.  It is making me jittery and I'm not sleeping very well.  Also has anyone noticed worse bloating and gas while taking it?

Have any of you had an abcessed tooth in treatment? How did you handle it?  Were you able to avoid taking antibiotics? Any advice would be most appreciated.  Thanks

Can anybody give me the Chinese herb "recipe" for a sinus infection. My son has been battling one for two months. He will take the herbs, but I need to know which ones/amounts. I have just about everything Matia usually recommends on hand. Thanks, Tammy

I would imagine this recipe could be tweaked. A lot of us can't handle fennel or sundried tomatoes, I would imagine it could just be removed and up some of the other vegetables or substitute milder vegs such as kohlrabi, more parsley, leeks and carrots, etc...
